Terms and Conditions

1. INTERPRETATION

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings:

“The Stylist” shall mean Jiovani Cervantes

“The Client” shall mean the individual to receive the Service to be provided by the Stylist

“The Service” shall mean the Image and Style services to be provided by the Stylist to the Client

“The person booking the Service” shall mean the individual or organization booking the Service with

the Stylist and regardless of whether this is the Client or not.

2. Conditions for Booking the Service

The person booking the Service will only secure a booking with the Stylist once the fees quoted by the

Stylist for the Service have been paid to the Stylist.

3. Fees

The Stylist will provide a fee quote in writing to the Client based on the Client’s specific requirements.

Outside of a radius of 30 miles from the Wardrobe Stylist’s location, reasonable travel and

accommodation expenses will be payable by the Client.

4. Payment

Styling Services: Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances to

neither the Client nor the person who booked the Service. Advance payment is required in order to

secure the booking. Payment is by Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay online payment: A

deposit of 50% of the total fee, is payable in advance. An invoice for the remaining balance, will be

sent payment is due within 7 days of the event.

5. Warranty

The Stylist represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Stylist, either party’s liability arising directly out

of its obligations under this Agreement and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to

the Fees. The Image Consultant assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services purchased

for the Client. The Image Consultant also carries public liability insurance and indemnity insurance.

7. Cancellations or change of booking date

Styling Services: If the Client cancels a booking 10 days before the scheduled date, the advance payment (50% deposit) will not be refunded.

1.7 Relationship of the Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Stylist, its employees,

sub-contractors, or agents shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement

shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between the parties.

1.8 Confidentiality

Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or in

relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature.
